- 2 / 5By Chelsea MartinDue to an event in town that night I waited over 20 minutes to be able to enter the store to get some cupcakes. No big deal, I saw that there was a line and chose to wait however once inside the store, the people behind us asked for a fudge sample. The woman behind the counter proceeded to take their order and help them for over five minutes while I was standing in line ahead of them. She said nothing to the effect of I apologize I'll be right with you, and completely ignored me. On top of that she offered them half off of their order. She finally acknowledge my presence and began to help me and I said do you see nothing wrong with letting people skip the line and she said nothing. The cupcakes were OK but not worth the rude, unprofessional service I received.June 12, 2016
